Hi! I bought all of the tickets on my account but want to attach my kids' tickets to their own, separate accounts, so they can go when they want, order food, etc. Do you know how to do that? Thanks!

    Hi ya, Robert!

Welcome to planDisney, we are so happy to hear from you. 3 chEARs for you and your family, you’re on your way to the Disneyland Resort!

Now let’s see what I can do to help. Your kids will need to have their own Disney account to be able to link their tickets and complete their mobile orders using the mobile app. To make a Disney account, Guests need to be at least 13 years old or older, to sign up. If your Mouseketeers fit that criteria, then go ahead and help them make their account and download the app.

If not, then I recommend you all staying together as even some of the attractions require younger Guests to be with an adult. Once signed up and connected, your kids will be able to view all the same plans, and their tickets, after they complete the following on the mobile app. They will need to select the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. From there, select "Tickets and Passes'' and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of this screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be able to assist you further.

Robert, I hope these tips help get your family geared up for the trip. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    See ya Real Soon!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for!
