Yee-Haw! I’m so happy to hear that you have already
purchased your tickets to the Disneyland Resort. You must be so excited to enjoy all the attractions and of course, my personal favorite, the snacks!
Hakuna Matata, let’s see what we can do to help fix this problem. What you will want to do is give the
Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be able to update your
Disney account and help you find your ticket confirmation. My younger sister had a very similar experience. Her Disney account was actually under an expired school email address so after a quick call, a Cast Member was able to update her email address and link her old account to her “updated” one.
