Hello! So I bought 2 tickets and accidentally linked the account to a wrong email and I am concerned. thank you

Hi there, Samanarith! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm glad to hear that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort soon, but sorry to hear about the mix up with the email address. I'm assuming that you mean you input the wrong email address when you purchased your tickets so you didn't receive your confirmation email? If that's the case, I would definitely call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can track down your purchase.

If you mean that you linked the tickets to a different Disneyland Resort account, then that is far easier to fix. Disneyland Resort tickets can be linked to multiple Disneyland Resort accounts--especially in the case that you have multiple people in your group and you want to ensure everyone has their tickets on their mobile devices. You can link your theme park tickets to your correct account either on the Disneyland Resort website under the "My Disneyland" menu or by using the Disneyland app.

Keep in mind that theme park reservations are required to visit the parks. So, after your tickets are linked to the appropriate account, you'll want to make theme park reservations for your trip.

I hope your situation gets sorted out quickly and you have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort!
