Hiya, Antonio! Welcome to
planDisney.
I'm thrilled about your upcoming trip to the
Disneyland Resort! I understand you have 12 Theme Park Tickets that all have your name.
Hakuna Matata. So long as the tickets are either printed or
linked to your MyDisney account, you should have no problem entering the park.
On the day of your visit, when you are at the entrance of the park, you will go to the front of your group and present the tickets in printed form or via the
Disneyland App to the Cast Member. They will take a picture of each Guest, and from that moment on, the ticket will belong to the person in the photo. You might find it helpful to have your party line up a single-file line before the Cast Member begins scanning the tickets and taking the photos. If you want to remember which ticket belongs to who, you can even have your party line up in alphabetical order.
You also have the option of
calling the Tickets line to change the name on the tickets. Be advised that it might be a lengthy call, as you will need to give the Cast Member 11 different ticket numbers and the name of each Guest. It is a good idea to have this information handy before calling.
Before arriving, it is a good idea to confirm your
Park Reservation details. You can do this by visiting the
My Theme Park Reservations webpage. On this page, you should see your reservations listed by date and the park you are visiting. If the case you don't have reservations, you can make them on the same webpage. Please remember that you need both valid admission and a reservation for each day you plan to visit the parks.
Antonio, I hope this answers your question. Please don't hesitate to visit us again if you need anything else. We are here to help!
Your Pal,
Alejandra
