I bought tickets on AAA and have linked them to my Disney experience. My question is, now that they are linked, can i still go to will call at park entry to pick up tickets (cards) in order for my kids to swipe in at the rides rather than using my phone.

    Hiya Erin,

Welcome to planDisney! What a great question!

No matter where you purchased your theme park tickets, Erin, you can get a physical Theme Park ticket card at any of the ticket counters or at Guest Relations at Disney Springs. Just show them the barcode for your linked theme park tickets on your mobile device and typically a form of identification, and they will give you cards for your Mouseketeers.

I hope this was helpful, Erin. Before I let you go, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel, they can also give you cards linked to your tickets and resort hotel room at check-in. If you are not staying on site, I recommend picking up your physical card at Disney Springs. Sometimes the lines at the ticket counter can get long, especially in the morning, so I don’t love starting my morning waiting in line for ticket cards when I could be heading to an attraction. I love that I can get my theme park tickets at Disney Springs before I head to the theme parks and grab some yummy treats (or sneak in some souvenir shopping)! Please come back and see us if you need anything else, and I hope your vacation is magical!

    Happy Planning,
