Bought my tickets at AAA in Knoxville TN…agent says just sign in your tickets and plan your trip…sounds easy…but l am technologically challenged…please tell me how to do this

    Hi Gae,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! More than happy to help walk you through how to link your tickets!

First, you’ll want to locate the confirmation number or ticket numbers associated with your tickets (either in an email or on the back of each physical ticket). You’ll take that number or numbers and simply enter them into your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t have one, you can learn more about it here!

Once you have an account and you're signed in on the right hand side hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab and select “My Plans”. You’ll see an icon and the words “Park Tickets” in the middle of the page, hover over that and select “Link Tickets”. Here, you’ll enter those ticket IDs for your tickets. You can enter each of the IDs at once, then you can “Assign” the tickets to each member of your party. Once final, you’ve linked your tickets!

Next, you’ll want to book your Disney Park Pass reservations. These reservations go hand in hand with your tickets to grant admission into the Parks. You’ll do this through your My Disney Experience account as well and this can only be done AFTER you link your tickets. If you go back to that “My Plans” page, you’ll see “Park Reservations” next to the “Park Tickets”, just select “Make a Park Reservation”. When you’re taken to the next page, select “Make or Modify Park Reservation”. On the next page, select “Book Park Reservation” and select your first day of Park activity! Keep in mind a Park reservation is needed for each member of your party and is subject to availability.

If you’re having trouble linking your tickets or booking your Disney Park Pass reservations, you can always call the Existing Tickets or My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desks. You’ll be able to speak with a Cast Member who can go step by step with you.

I know that was a lot of information, but I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your upcoming vacation. If you have any other planning questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
