Hi Douglas,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
If you just booked your Walt Disney World Resort tickets, your email confirmation would have your ticket details as well as a confirmation number that you can add into your My Disney Experience account to see your tickets! To do this, you’ll want that confirmation number handy, then in
My Disney Experience online you’ll want to select “My Plans” and sign in. Once you’re signed in, hover over “Park Tickets” then select “Link Tickets”. There you’ll be able to add your confirmation number which will link your tickets to your account!
Now, if you were signed into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your tickets, they may already be in your account. If you did the step above or you’re checking to see if they’re already linked, let’s look in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. From the app’s home screen, select the three lines in the lower right corner, then select the box titled “Tickets and Passes”. You would see your tickets in this section. If so, you should be all set to start planning your vacation, starting with those
Disney Park Pass reservations (your next step)!
If you’re still having trouble finding or linking tickets via your confirmation, I suggest connecting with the
Existing Tickets desk so a Cast Member can help. Pro Tip: When I call, I try to do so first thing in the morning around 7:00 a.m. Eastern so I can get in queue pretty early.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your summer vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
