Hello there, Alexandria!
A very warm welcome to planDisney! We’re so glad you brought us a question!
I’m so sorry to hear that, like so many other families, your
Disneyland Resort vacation plans were interrupted. But, rest assured you’ll be able to take a magical vacation when the time is right for you. Unused single day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. But, there’s no need to worry if you are unable to visit before your ticket expiration date! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit “The Happiest Place on Earth!”, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a
Guest Relations location inside the theme park. Then, ask the Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase. It's that easy!
Also, the Disneyland Resort announced expiration date extensions for non-promotional single day tickets that expire on March 31, 2021 and wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets will have the
expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.
If you have additional questions, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
The magic of the Disneyland Resort will be waiting for you whenever you decide to visit! Until then, please come see us again with your future questions.
