Hello, Brenda!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. It looks like you are visiting Disneyland Resort during the most spooktacular time of year.
Halloween Time is one of my favorite seasons at "The Happiest Place on Earth!"
I'm sorry you haven't received your ticket confirmation email yet! Whenever I buy theme park tickets, I usually receive the email right away. Did you check your spam folder? If you can't find it there, you can try checking the
Disneyland app on your mobile phone. Your ticket should appear if you were logged in to your account when you made the purchase. After opening the app, select the three bars at the bottom of the screen, and choose "My Tickets & Passes." Your tickets should be found there.
Your last resort could be checking your credit card statement to verify that the tickets were charged. If they were, then I suggest calling the "
Tickets" line to see if they can locate your tickets. Otherwise, it's possible that the purchase wasn't finalized. Regardless, the Cast Members who answer the "Tickets" line should be able to assist you.
Once you get your tickets figured out, you may want to make a list of all the "boo-tiful" things to do during your visit. Riding
Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland Park and strolling through
Cars Land in Disney California Adventure Park is always at the top of my list during Halloween Time! I also purchase
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and make sure to take lots of photos with Disney Characters dressed in fun costumes...because most digital
Disney PhotoPass photos are included with the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass!
Brenda, I hope your ticket issue is quickly resolved! Don't hesitate to contact planDisney again if you have more questions.
Magic Happens!
Jen
