Hi there, Omar!
Welcome to planDisney. With your visit just a day away, let's not waste a pixie-dusted minute diving into your question!
It is true that, in addition to your
theme park ticket, all Guests are required to have a
theme park reservation as well. I like to think of it as the ticket gains you entry to the parks, while the reservation holds a spot for you in a specific park on a certain day. The good news is that, while it seems like these may be two separate steps or transactions, if you purchased your ticket on the Disneyland website, you likely made your reservation when you selected a date for your visit during the checkout process. It's very easy for us to double-check, so let's open up your Disneyland app!
With the app open, tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar and select "Make a Park Reservation". From here, tap the button for "Make or Modify Park Reservations", and if you scroll down on the next screen, you will see any upcoming reservations attached to theme park tickets currently in your account. I'm hopeful that your reservation for tomorrow is visible here, and you are all set to enjoy the magic!
If you've purchased tickets and still don't see a reservation, this is also where you would make one by selecting the "Book Theme Park Reservation" button. I took a quick peek at the
availability calendar, and it is looking pretty open for your park day. Of course, the calendar updates live and is subject to change, but I'm hopeful you will be walking down Main Street at this time tomorrow! If, for some reason, our troubleshooting hasn't led to a reservation, I would go ahead and call the Guest Services team.
Theme park tickets are non-refundable, so while reimbursement is not an option, tickets have a long runway before they expire. One-Day Park Tickets purchased today have until December 30, 2026, before they expire. Even if you aren't able to use the ticket by then, you can apply the value of a wholly unused ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value, so the magic never fully runs out!
Omar, I'm hopeful we have found your reservation, and now you can just prepare to experience all that Disneyland has to offer tomorrow. I'd highly recommend checking out the
Entertainment Schedule as there is so much to see and do in honor of the 70th Anniversary—you'll want to earmark any must-see spectaculars! I would add the
Paint the Night parade, which travels down Main Street twice each evening! I'd recommend grabbing a spot by "it's a small world" and trying to catch the
Tapestry of Happiness! projection show as well!
If you have any more questions before you head into the parks, we are always here for you at
planDisney!
Magic awaits!
Tara
