Hi Adrienne! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Don't worry! Your
tickets aren't missing. Since you have your ticket confirmation, it's easy to link your tickets to your
Disneyland mobile app. I'm happy to walk you through the process. On the app's home page, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. You should see a link to "Link Tickets & Passes." Tap and enter your ticket ID number. It's that easy!
Please be aware that, according to the current
terms of purchase, admission tickets are non-refundable. I don't know if your plans changed or if you were just worried you didn't receive the ticket you paid for, but I want to assure you that wholly unused standard Disneyland Resort tickets have a very generous expiration date. You can modify your existing
theme park reservation to another available date in the future. Theme park reservation availability may be limited on popular dates and is not guaranteed. If you purchased a one-day ticket, which is priced by tier, you can select a date of the same or lower tier, or pay the difference to select a higher tier.
This
summer will be a great time to visit, while Disneyland Park continues to celebrate its big
70th anniversary. Your admission ticket is your ticket to entertainment, parades, fireworks, and more! Plus, don't miss the first flight of Soarin'Across America in Grizzly Peak at Disney California Adventure Park, scheduled for July 2, right in time for our nation's big birthday. Schedules are subject to change.
Even if it will be a while before you can head to the parks to enjoy the magic, if your ticket hasn't been used and is past its expiration date, you can typically apply its value to the purchase of a new ticket. I've done that in the past when life got in the way of our original plans. If you have additional questions about your ticket purchase, you can speak to a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They're always happy to help!
Have a magical day!
