Hi Martin,
As Mickey would say, "Hi ya, Pal!"
I'm sure Mickey and all his own pals are looking forward to seeing you real soon.
I first want to say that you're doing some great planning with making your theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system.
I can't quite tell for certain what's behind the issue you're seeing as you try to make your reservations. It sounds as if the Guest for whom you purchased a theme park ticket might already be on your "My Family & Friends List," even though their name is not displaying for you when you get to the
"Create Your Party" step in making your theme park reservations.
One quick suggestion I'll share is to take a look at your
"My Family & Friends List" and check to see that each of the Guests in your party do display as expected. You can also take a look at your
"My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" page in your My Disney Experience account, and check to see that each of the theme park tickets you purchased is assigned to the Guests in your party as expected. If you need to reassign a ticket, you can do that with the features that are available.
Martin, I have fingers crossed for you that this tip helps you. It's possible that you might need to or want to give a call to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 to get additional help with your "My Family & Friends List." There is also
chat service available to reach out to Cast Members for assistance.
Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
