Trisha, typically, when purchases are made from disneyworld.com you should have been presented with the option to print or download your ticket as a PDF file - I am glad that you received an email confirmation! On your email confirmation, you should see your valid theme park ticket barcode, with an identification number beneath it. Using that identification number, please proceed to associate, or
link your theme park ticket to your My Disney Experience account. Once you do, you will be prompted to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations based on theme park availability which you will be able to access as part of the theme park reservation process.
Sometimes, Trisha, when we make purchases on our Disney accounts, they automatically link to our account, so please log in to your
My Disney Experience account to double-check for your ticket in “Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets” under the “My Plans” tab.
To reach for any assistance, on the opened Disney website, on the far right, you will see a new feature with three options,
Chat, Email, or Call. Click on any of those options to begin your inquiry if you are still experiencing difficulties accessing, or associating your theme park ticket.
