Hey there Molika,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question!
This is a great question, so I'm glad you stopped by. If I'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like you purchased a
theme park ticket for the Disneyland Resort last summer, but are no longer seeing it on your My Disneyland account?
Just to 100% confirm, I'd recommend logging onto your account on
Disneyland.com then you can hover over "My Disneyland" near the top right of your screen and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On this page, you can select "Make or Modify Park Reservations," and see if it shows any existing tickets or reservations on the following page.
If not, we can try the
Disneyland mobile app where you'll tap the menu button in the bottom right of your screen and select "Tickets and Passes." Is there anything here?
If you're still not having any luck, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get more help tracking them down. I would also try to search your email inbox to see if you can find a confirmation number for the ticket purchase - you can search "Disneyland Confirmation" and should be able to find it.
As long as your ticket was a regular, unused theme park ticket then you should still have plenty of time before it expires, so you would want to make sure the ticket is linked to your account and then you can make a theme park reservation with it. However, even if it did expire,
you should still be able to apply the purchase price to a new theme park ticket as long as the new ticket is of equal or greater value.
Either way, one of the lovely Cast Members should be able to help you get this sorted out! Thanks again for your question, Molika!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
