    Hello! I just bought my ticket to Disneyland for 9/2/22. When I went to the app to make a reservation, it said there was no availability due to capacity limits. But it sold me a ticket for that day. Help?

    Thanks so much for visiting us this week! 

    The Disneyland Resort ticket system will usually have you make reservations when buying your date-specific tickets, so let me tell you how to double-check. The first step is to login into your Disneyland Resort account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), select "View My Park Reservations." The next page will display your current bookings, and your reservations should be there. 

    If the reservations are not there, I'd recommend calling the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222.
