While
theme park tickets are nonrefundable, there are still quite a few options if your plans change and you're unable to make it to the parks on your originally planned visit date.
In fact, the only thing you'll need to adjust is your
theme park reservation! To do this, I like to visit the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website where you'll see easy options to reschedule your visit date to a later time. Your
Lightning Lane Multi Pass is attached to your ticket so you'll have that available on the new date that you set for your updated park reservations.
Theme park tickets are typically valid for about 1.5-2 years after they're purchased (you can find the exact expiration date for your tickets in the confirmation email you received when you purchased them). However, even after they expire, you can still use them toward the purchase of your next tickets of equal or great value.
