    Hello. I bought 5 ticket for Disneyland at California next week. One person is not coming. Is is possible to get a refund? Thanks

    Hello Estefania! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for taking the time to ask us a question. We are so glad you are here!

    I am so sorry to hear that one person from your party is no longer able to join you for a visit to Disneyland Resort soon. Unfortunately, tickets purchased are nonrefundable according to the eTicket Terms and Conditions. The good news is you can cancel the theme park ticket reservation for that Guest and they can use the ticket again at a later time. If you purchased the tickets recently, this ticket should be valid until December 30, 2024. This gives your Guest plenty of time to visit on a date that works for them. You could also use the ticket for someone else if needed as well.

    There are lots of exciting things going on at Disneyland Resort right now. Halloween time is in full swing with attraction overlays, decor, and lots of exciting limited-time treats and eats. Over in Disney California Adventure Park, Plaza de la Familia celebration runs through November 2, 2023, and I love the entertainment offerings it brings to the park. You can check show times in the Disneyland app.
