Hello Kathryn,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney.
It sounds like you're planning for a spectacular New Year's Eve celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort. What a fantastic way to close out the year!
If you purchased Walt Disney World Resort
theme park tickets and selected the default delivery method of email, and would like to have tickets mailed to you instead, you would want to contact the Walt Disney World Resort and ask them to re-process the tickets for you. You could
call the Ticketing Services team at (407) 939-7679 to request them to re-process your tickets. It's helpful to know that mailing the tickets typically takes 7-14 days, so you would want to allow time for the tickets to be re-booked and for the tickets to be received.
Another option you might want to explore is the
Disney MagicMobile Service that would let you use your mobile phone along with the
My Disney Experience mobile app to create a digital pass for your theme park ticket that you
linked to your My Disney Experience account. Disney MagicMobile Service works with your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android phone with Google Pay. You would simply display your digital pass by holding it up to an access point at the theme park entrance.
A
MagicBand is another option you could use for theme park entry with your theme park admission.
You'll want to be sure that you use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations for the theme park you wish to visit.
In addition to picking up theme park tickets at a Guest Relations Window outside the theme parks, you could also visit the
Disney Springs Welcome Center to pick up your physical theme park ticket cards.
Kathryn, I hope these tips offer you some convenient options for getting your theme park tickets. Here's wishing you a very Happy New Year's Eve at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
