    I bought a ticket for my Daughter in law and she can no longer go but my sister can in her place. How do I change the name on the ticket.

    I’m sorry to hear that your daughter-in-law won’t be able to make it on your trip to “The Merriest Place on Earth!” Don’t forget to bring her back a souvenir. May I suggest a holiday popcorn bucket or sipper? These fun limited-time souvenirs are available throughout both theme parks! I’m sure it’s a gift that she’ll love! 
     
    I am happy to report that you do not have to change the name on her unused ticket for your sister to use it. That’s because upon arrival a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using each ticket. From then on the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket.  So feel free to bring your sister instead of your daughter-in-law and head straight to the turnstiles.
