I bought ticket before the closed of the parks in 2020. Tickets deadline was pushed and I want to use them in July. But seems like they don't exists anymore when I want to link them in my account. I need to speak to someone about this.

Hi there, Cynthia! Welcome to planDisney. I am so excited to hear that you are getting ready to return to the Disneyland Resort! I can assure you that the magic is in full swing, and it will feel like a great, big, warm hug!

My family and I live in Philadelphia, a little too far from the parks if you ask me! All that to say, we also had a long hiatus during the pandemic when we did not travel. While I started taking some solo trips last fall, I was finally able to bring my kids along in March for their first time back and it was nothing short of a DREAM for all of us. All those wishes on stars paid off in one of our most magical vacations to date! It felt like coming home, and I am so excited for you to experience this too!

You are correct that expiration dates on tickets purchased in 2020 were initially extended, but those dates have now passed. Not to worry though, each and every theme park ticket is packed with extra magic that never fully expires. You are always able to apply the original value of an expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket! All you need to do is connect with the Guest Services team by calling (714) 781-4636 and they will be happy to get you all set up with those brand new tickets.

Cynthia, I'm so glad you are looking to visit the parks in July. The beloved nighttime spectaculars have been making their grand returns and by the time of your visit, the parks will be buzzing with the Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, Fantasmic!, and World of Color! For me, there is nothing more quintessential than ending a park day with a little twilight pixie dust! I was recently able to check out the World of Color Dessert Party and it did not disappoint! My fellow panelist Carrie and I headed to the parks for a Moms-night-out a few weeks ago and had a blast! What I particularly love about this party is that you get to enjoy your sweets and treats while you are watching the show, which is AMAZING! Imagine Disney storytelling at its finest through water, lights, projections, and rainbows! And the desserts? Of course, they are perfectly themed and delicious! Even the cocktails come with rainbow sprinkles on the rim!

Cynthia, I cannot wait for you to take those steps on Main Street, U.S.A. once again. Character greetings are back, so be sure to get a big, warm one from Mickey himself as you head into the park! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
