Bought a ticket but can’t make a theme park reservation due to limit reached. What can I do now?

Hey there, hi there, Hayong! Welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your ticket, but we are always here to help!

I have some good news for you! The reason that your ticket is giving you an error that you can't make a reservation because it's reached its limit is that you already have reservations for the days on that ticket. If you purchased your ticket through the Disneyland website or Disneyland app, it asks you to pick the days and parks for that ticket which then actually makes your reservations for you when you make your purchase. This means you should be good to go.

You can head to the Tickets and Reservation Details page and click on "View My Park Reservations". This will take you to a page that you can scroll down to see all of your upcoming theme park reservations for the tickets linked to your account. Hopefully, there you will see your tickets and reservations.

Hopefully, this is great news and you can now focus on other parts of planning your upcoming visit. I just wanted to let you know that dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance for table service locations. Also, MagicBand+ recently launched at Disneyland Resort and is a very convenient option for scanning into the park, as well as scanning into Lightning Lanes with Disney Genie+. You also will be able to bounty hunt in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Hayong, thanks so much for taking the time to visit planDisney. We hope your visit is full of magic!
