I bought a ticket but cannot make park reservations for November 23rd.

Hello there, Irene! Welcome to planDisney. We are Disney-loving Guests who love helping other Guests, like you, get answers to all your planning questions.

I'm sorry to hear it seems you are running into some trouble securing a reservation for later this month. I am not sure what the issue is since I'm not there to see if you see an error or other problem. However, I can give you a few ideas about what might be happening.

If you purchased your ticket from Disneyland's website, you should have picked a day and park to visit while you were checking out. This actually makes a park reservation for you once you complete the purchase of your ticket. If you got an error saying something about the ticket reaching its reservation limit, this means there are reservations already made for each day of the ticket.

If you previously purchased a ticket and canceled the reservation or were trying to rebook, reservations could have been full for that day. Looking at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar at the time of writing this, I can see that there are Disneyland Park reservations open for one park per day tickets, and both parks available for park hopper tickets.

If you previously purchased this ticket, it could be a ticket that is a lower-tiered ticket than the tier you need for that specific date. You can upgrade an unused ticket to a higher tier by heading to the Main Entrance Ticket Booth or by reaching out to Ticket Services.

Irene, I hope this helps you figure out why you may be having a problem getting a ticket reservation. Please come back and visit us again with your planning questions.
