Hey, howdy, hey, Joan!
Yeehaw! I’m so excited about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. I’m sure you will have a
rootin’ tootin’ time!
As you are aware, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation. When you went through the process of purchasing your
theme park ticket, the date you selected was also to select your park reservation. And if you purchased a one-day ticket, the date selection also makes sure you purchase the correct
ticket tier for the date of your visit. In your confirmation email, the date and theme park confirmation number apply to your theme park reservation. In short, it appears to me that you are all ready to head to The Happiest Place on Earth for a day of
adventure and
fantasy!
I suspect that the reason the date shows as unavailable for you is that you already have a reservation for that date linked to your ticket. You may visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to check on your current reservations. If you should need to switch to a different date, you may click on the “
Manage Park Reservations” link from your confirmation email. You may also check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to view available dates before canceling and rebooking an existing park reservation.
Tony’s Tip: As a California resident, you may also be eligible to upgrade your theme park ticket to a
Summer 2022 California Resident 3-Day Ticket. If you should wish to extend the magic, you may visit a
Guest Relations location before the end of the day during your visit for more information.
Have a magical time, Joan!
