I bought my a ticket for me and my boyfriend. He is no longer going but my nephew is. He is not purchasing this ticket from me. Am I able to have his name changed in the ticket that was originally for my boyfriend?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Kristina!

You've Got a Friend in Me here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, so thanks for your great question. I can't wait for you and your nephew to make magical memories together at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are not officially assigned until you enter the park gate for the first time with your ticket. At this time the Cast Member at the gate will take your photo to assign to your individual ticket. As long as your tickets haven't been activated at the park entrance in this way, you are able to have anyone use the tickets. If you have already linked the park ticket to your Disneyland app account and assigned it a name, no worries! Ticket assignments in the app before activation are just for your organizational needs and not officially assigned. Unfortunately you will not be able to change the name in the app yourself, so I recommend contacting Guest Relations by phone at (714) 781-4636 or in the park when you arrive.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Fantasmic trip!
