Mark from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought three tickets. How do my other two guests see their tickets in their my Disney experience app on their phones?

Welcome to planDisney, Mark! Before you know it, you'll be celebrating the spooky season at the Walt Disney World Resort! Have you seen the Halloween Treats Foodie Guide that was recently released? You're sure to find way more treats than tricks on your visit, that's for sure!

Mark, if you purchased Theme Park Tickets for other Guests, you will want to make sure you have linked those tickets to the correct Guest through your My Disney Experience mobile app. When you purchased the tickets, there should have been an option to assign each ticket to a Guest - if you assigned them to your travel companions without first linking to their My Disney Experience accounts, the tickets may show up with their name, but a message that says their account is "managed by me." If this is the case, you're going to want to link the managed account you created with their existing My Disney Experience account so that the tickets can transfer and they will be able to see them.

To do this, click on the Guest's managed account and select Send Email, then enter the email associated with their My Disney Experience account. The Guest will receive an invitation to connect, and if they accept it, any plans or tickets you have made for them will be transferred to their account. Once this step is complete, your Guests should be able to select the My Tickets and Passes tile from the homepage of the app to see their ticket and save it to their wallet, if they choose.

If you have any problems navigating this process, you can also call a My Disney Experience Cast Member to help you ensure that everyone is connected and has access to their own tickets and plans.

Mark, once everyone is connected and your plans are situated, you will all be able to share plans, reserve Virtual Queue boarding groups, and make any Lightning Lane selections through the app. You will also be able to share vacation photos captured on select attractions and by PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks! It's great to be connected and makes the magic even more special when we get to share it with our friends and family!

I hope this helps, and I hope you all have the best vacation! If you have any other planning questions before your visit, come on back to planDisney and let us know!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
