I bought three tickets which I cannot link to my account because 'they are already linked to my account'... except they do not show up in my account. I still need to reserve my park day. HELP!!!!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, My!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are thrilled to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is for you to have the most MAGICAL time ever!

I am so sorry you are having issues in linking your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets with your My Disneyland Account. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. The great thing is that a Cast Member will be able to access your My Disneyland Account and resolve the issue very quickly.

You have probably heard that you can expect longer-than-normal wait times when you call the Disneyland Resort right now. Because I know your time is precious, I do have a PRO-TIP for you. My recommendation would be to call and speak to a Cast Member in the evening. From my experience, you will be waiting on hold for a longer period of time if you call in the morning or afternoon.

I hope this information helps you in your planning! As you know Mickey Mouse and his pals are making exciting announcements all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
