    I bought three tickets which I cannot link to my account because 'they are already linked to my account'... except they do not show up in my account. I still need to reserve my park day. HELP!!!!

    I am so sorry you are having issues in linking your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets with your My Disneyland Account. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. The great thing is that a Cast Member will be able to access your My Disneyland Account and resolve the issue very quickly. 

    You have probably heard that you can expect longer-than-normal wait times when you call the Disneyland Resort right now. Because I know your time is precious, I do have a PRO-TIP for you. My recommendation would be to call and speak to a Cast Member in the evening. From my experience, you will be waiting on hold for a longer period of time if you call in the morning or afternoon.
