Hiya, Kathleen!
Welcome to planDisney!
Oh, dear! You certainly are due for a magical day after all that we've been through in these last few yEARs! This is a great question, Kathleen. Completely unused
Theme Park Admission Tickets that were valid prior to the start of the pandemic auto
magically had their expiration dates extended to the end of last yEAR. However, guests who are in your shoes with a day or two left on a partially used pass have been asked to reach out to the
Disneyland Ticketing Cast Members to lEARn what your options are. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636.
I do want to point out, Kathleen, that one of the post-pandemic procedures that's sticking around for current and future Disney days is the need for a
Park Pass Reservation. Park Pass Reservations kind of tell Mickey and his friends when you and your Mouseketeers plan on visiting so they can be sure to look their best. If your tickets are Park Hoppers, then your park pass reservation selection will even go so far as to note which theme park you plan to play in first; you'll be able to hop over to the other park starting at 1:00 P.M. and go back and forth between the two as much as you'd like after that.
Bonus tip: Park Pass Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance. hEARs the
Park Pass Reservation Calendar.
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Kathleen, and that you're able to enjoy your last Disney day! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more
