Heya, hiya, Kyle! Sending you a great big welcome from planDisney!
I'm so happy to hear you're planning your next couple of days at the Disneyland Resort! I completely understand—the moment I leave, I'm already thinking about my next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Let's try to get to the bottom of this ticket situation. The usage window for a multi-day ticket can sometimes vary, all depending on the specific type of ticket purchased. For a standard ticket,
Disneyland eTicket terms and conditions note that a multi-day ticket needs to be used within 13 days of your first visit, unless stated otherwise. I realize this isn’t the news you were hoping for, but if your first visit was about a month ago, it sounds like your ticket may have expired under this standard 13-day usage window.
However, let's not lose hope just yet, because there's a possibility you have a special promotional ticket! For instance, if you happened to purchase through the
Disneyland Anniversary Ticket Offer, those tickets have special terms and do not need to be used within the same time period or on consecutive days. They are valid for use now through August 14, 2025.
The best way to know for sure what type of ticket you have is to do a little detective work, just like Chip ‘n’ Dale. First, take a look at the original confirmation email you received when you purchased the ticket. The specific expiration date and ticket type should be listed there. You can also check right in the
Disneyland mobile app. Just tap the menu button (☰) in the bottom right corner, then tap "My Tickets & Passes". If your ticket is still valid, it should appear there with its expiration details.
After you've had a chance to check your app and email, my best advice would be to call the Disneyland tickets hotline and speak with a Cast Member directly. They are the ultimate experts who can look up your specific ticket order to further assist you. While there are no guarantees for an expired ticket, Cast Members are always so wonderful and helpful, and it truly never hurts to kindly ask if they have any options for applying the value of the unused days toward a new one.
On the happy thought that you get wonderful news about your ticket, your very next step will be to make your theme park reservations. The easiest way to do this is right in the Disneyland mobile app! From the home screen, just tap the big plus (+) sign at the bottom of the screen and then select “Make a Park Reservation”. The app will walk you through choosing your dates. You can also book by visiting the
theme park reservations page on the Disneyland website.
I'm truly hoping for the best possible outcome for you, Kyle! The magic is waiting for you, and I hope these steps help you get back to it very soon.
