I bought the theme parks' tickets for me and my adult children. I've received the e-mail with my purchase and made the parks' reservations, but shows as only one guest. Please, we need to make reservations to my family.

Hello, hello there, Maria-Stella! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question. I'm so excited to hear that you'll be traveling to the Most Magical Place on Earth very soon!

Oh no! It sounds like Stitch might be messing with your magical plans. I told him to stay put, but you know how it is with him! One thing that might be going on is that the tickets are there, but they haven't been linked to your children yet. If this is the case, it's super easy to fix! What I want you to do is open your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and head to Tickets and Passes. Once here, you should be able to locate your children's tickets as well as yours.

Maria-Stella, I suggest making sure that your children have been linked to your Family & Friends list before checking the tickets in order to expedite the process. To do this, click on the three lines, scroll all the way down, and click on My Profile. Now, select the Family & Friends List tab and confirm that your travel party is complete! If you can't see your children's names, you'll be able to add them to your account by scrolling down, clicking on Add a Guest, and following the steps.

Now, let's head back to Tickets and Passes! If you see the tickets in your app, please take a moment to check the names on top. This will tell you who each ticket has been assigned to. If you see your name above every ticket, you'll be able to reassign them to your children by clicking on the Reassign Ticket button at the bottom of the screen. If you can see your children's names above their tickets and you're still unable to make Theme Park reservations for them, you will need to speak to a friendly Cast Member over at (11) 4700-2835. Hakuna Matata, Maria-Stella! No worries. The Ticketing team is wonderful, and I'm sure they'll get you on your way very soon!

Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us in English or in Portuguese with any other questions you might have. I hope that you're able to solve this issue once and for all! See you real soon, my friend.

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
