Greetings, Natacha, and welcome to planDisney!
I apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing with linking your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account online and thank you kindly for your patience. When working on the disneyworld.com website I find success when working in incognito mode, and then switching the country filter from Canada to the United States. If this doesn’t work for you, then the issue may possibly be with your particular web browser, especially if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Please refer to the
recommended browsers that support Walt Disney World Resort websites. If you have an updated browser or you updated to the Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers then I encourage you to try to link your tickets using the My Disney Experience mobile app.
To link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park admission to your
My Disney Experience app please do the following:
1. Open the My Disney Experience App and look for three horizontal lines on the bottom right and tap.
2. The next page will show many fields, scroll to the bottom to “Link to Account” and on this page please select “Link Tickets or Passes.”
3. The “Link Tickets or Passes” page will present you with the option to either enter the ID number of each ticket one at a time manually, or you can scan the barcode for each ticket. From there follow all prompts to confirm and complete the process.
If you still experience issues, Natacha, if phone lines with
Walt Disney World Resort “My Disney Experience and MagicBands” is still busy, then I encourage you to use the email button on this page. I have had success utilizing this feature with my own matters.
I hope these tips help you out especially since your vacation is so soon, and you will need to secure your
Walt Disney World Resort - Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible.
Best Disney wishes from a fellow Canadian Disney fan ~Jacqueline
