I bought Theme park tickets through Tickets at work.com I am trying to make our park reservations through My Disney Experience and it wont link my package or tickets with the reservation number I have.

Hi there Eunise, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question, and I'd be happy to assist you today.

I'm a teacher and eligible for discounts on travel and entertainment through Tickets at Work. I just recently made a purchase on this site for an upcoming Walt Disney World trip, so I'll explain how to link these tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

After finalizing your purchase, you should have received two e-mails, one with an order number, and one with an order confirmation. You'll need to open the order confirmation, which should contain a PDF document with your Walt Disney World theme park tickets information. On the PDF, you'll see a barcode in the top right-hand corner with a 12-digit alphanumeric code. This is the confirmation number you'll type into the "Link Reservations & Purchases" section of your My Disney Experience account. Once your tickets are linked, you'll have access to the Disney Park Pass System, and you'll be on your way! If you continue to experience issues, contact Tickets at Work to see what the problem might be.

I hope everything goes smoothly for you, Eunise. You'll be traveling just as the 50th-anniversary celebration gets underway. Be sure to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and follow us on social media so you don't miss any of the excitement! I can't wait for the new nighttime spectaculars, entertainment, and the opening of Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. It's going to be an incredible year in the Most Magical Place on Earth! Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
