returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. You could try calling the number on
this site labeled as "Help with Past Visits," to see if there's anything they can do.
As for how long merchandise is available, it varies greatly. Some items are limited edition, while others are restocked throughout the year. It would depend on your jersey. Many can be found on the
Disney Store online.
