Avengers Campus featuring Spiderman

    I bought a spiderbot for my son this past week at Disneyland and there are times where the remote and not will pair perfectly and times where the remote will only have one light on. How can I resolve this issue? I was only visiting California.

    I’m so excited to hEAR that you recently embarked on a mission at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park, though it sounds like you found yourself in a bit of a sticky situation with your Spider-Bot! My son also has a Spider-Bot, and he loved battling his Spider-Bot against others in Avengers Campus. I hope your son got the chance to do the same! 

    Now, to get your Spider-Bot back to slinging webs. First, I recommend changing the batteries, if you haven’t already. If this doesn’t do the trick, I recommend calling Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 for help. They may ask you to send an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to demonstrate the issue you’re having. If that’s the case, you’ll need to also include an image showing your proof of purchase, as well as a brief description of the issue you’re having, or even a video if you’re able to capture the pairing issue. This will help the Cast Member find the right solution for your specific problem. 

    I hope your son’s web-slinging pal is back in working order soon, Melanie, so he can get back to battle!
