I’m so excited to hEAR that you recently embarked on a mission at
Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure Park, though it sounds like you found yourself in a bit of a sticky situation with your
Spider-Bot! My son also has a Spider-Bot, and he loved battling his Spider-Bot against others in Avengers Campus. I hope your son got the chance to do the same!
Now, to get your Spider-Bot back to slinging webs. First, I recommend changing the batteries, if you haven’t already. If this doesn’t do the trick, I recommend
calling Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 for help. They may ask you to send an email to
merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to demonstrate the issue you’re having. If that’s the case, you’ll need to also include an image showing your proof of purchase, as well as a brief description of the issue you’re having, or even a video if you’re able to capture the pairing issue. This will help the Cast Member find the right solution for your specific problem.
