    I bought a spider bot and remove the original prottective shell and put the black widow shell and now the original wont ge back on What should i do?

    It sounds like you’re in a bit of a sticky situation with your Spider-Bot, and I’d love to help you escape that web of confusion! The Spider-Bot Tactical Upgrades are a fun way to test out your Spider-Bot’s other powers, especially with the attachments inspired by Black Widow! 

    My son actually purchased a Spider-Bot last year, and had a similar issue when trying to change his Black Panther attachments. I recommend checking to ensure the Spider-Bot is no longer in self-destruct mode – when it’s in this mode, it won’t allow you to click the protective shell on top of the Spider-Bot into place. This was the case for my son, and as soon as we ensured it was out of that mode, the shell was able to snap into place. I hope this works out for you, too!

    If it’s still not working, I recommend calling Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477 for additional help. They may ask you to send an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to demonstrate the issue you’re having. If that’s the case, you will need to also include an image showing your proof of purchase, as well as a brief description of the issue you’re having, or even a video if you’re able to capture the problem. This will help narrow down the issue so the Cast Member can help you find a solution faster!

    I hope your Super Hero sidekick is back in working order soon, Noam, since the Worldwide Engineering Brigade needs you!
