    Hi, we just bought a spider bot when we were at California adventure park about 2 weeks ago. The spider bot is having trouble pairing with the remote. It pairs and works great occasionally, but most of the time only one light on the remote turns on. Help?

    Thanks so much for sending your kind question. Let me see if I can help you! 

    It seems like your Spider Bot is one of the defective units that tried to take over WEB Workshop and Avengers Campus, so your best course of action (beyond keeping a careful eye on it so that it doesn't replicate!) is to contact the Cast Members at Disneyland Resort. It's also helpful to make a little video showing what happens when you try to pair it with the remote. 

    You can write about your issue through this form, and a Cast Member will get in touch with you. They will probably ask you to send a video and a photo of the receipt. From that point on, they will help you with the available options to ensure that your family owns a non-replicating Spider Bot!
