Hi there Kimmie, and welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. We appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to
return to a land of magic. With two little Mouseketeers of my own, I understand wanting to postpone certain activities until they are vaccinated. Unfortunately,
Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable. Hakuna Matata, Kimmie! You do have options, even if you aren't able to visit as planned.
The good news is,
Disneyland theme park tickets never lose their original value. When the time is right for you to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth, you can apply the amount paid to the price of new tickets by
calling (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will help you modify the ticket dates and pay any price differences necessary. Don't forget to
make theme park reservations once you have chosen a new date to visit, and consider booking a stay at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel to put your family right in the middle of the magic. My kiddos love the
monorail waterslide at the
Disneyland Hotel.
I hope this is helpful and you're able to reschedule your fun at
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park soon. There's a lot of excitement on the horizon for both theme parks, so be sure to follow along on the
Disney Parks Blog and
social media as you await your getaway. The
Avengers Campus will open to Guests this week, so if you have any Marvel fans in your crew, prepare to assemble! Thanks again for sending your question to us, and if there's anything we can do to make future visits more magical, come back anytime.
