    I bought my sorcerers annual passholder membership @ Disney Springs on November 5, 2021. The cast member stated that I would get my magnet and startup kit in the mail. It is now February 2022 and I haven't received anything. No welcome package etc.

    I'm so glad you found us here at planDisney! I am also an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort and I truly love being part of the community! I'm sure you have already familiarized yourself with all of the incredible Annual Passholder benefits, but I'd keep that link handy as there are often exciting changes and additions and it is best to stay in the know! I personally love to collect special Annual Passholder Exclusive MagicBands, like this Tinkerbell design. These are released periodically and are a fun way to celebrate your Annual Pass!

    I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received your first magnet. These are a hot-ticket item for the Annual Passholder community! The shipping process can be a little sporadic, so I usually advise Guests not to worry and to be as patient as possible when waiting for the magnet to arrive. However, in your case, I do believe enough time has passed since purchasing your Annual Pass, so it might be time to investigate!

    My first recommendation is to confirm that your shipping address is correct in your My Disney Experience App. When you open the app, click the menu button in the bottom right corner. Next, choose "My Profile," then "Account Settings." If you scroll down, you'll find your shipping and billing addresses. Give that a thorough check and make any necessary changes.

    If you find that everything checks out with your address, your next step will be to contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support. Fill in your personal information followed by your question about your magnet, using "Annual Passholder Benefits" or "Other" as the subject line. Once you submit the form, a dedicated Cast Member will contact you directly to work through the case of the missing magnet! If you'd prefer to speak to a Cast Member from the start, you can call the number for Annual Passholders directly.

    Regina, I really hope this helps guide you in the right direction! I know this isn't the warm welcome to the Annual Passholder community that you were hoping for, but it will all be worth it when that elusive Mickey magnet shows up in your mailbox!
