I bought 5 socal tickets for my family, made reservations starting May 6, I see all 5 tickets in my Disneyland app, but other family members have not been able to link their individual ticket to their Disneyland app/account on their phone... Help!

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for visiting planDisney! Your Disneyland vacation is just around the riverbend — I can almost smell the popcorn and churros now!

Each Disneyland eTicket comes with a unique code that can be linked to a MyDisney account. Simply share the ticket number with each member of your party, and they’ll be able to link it to their own account. Once they have their codes, they can enter the number manually online or through the Disneyland app. The easiest way to link your tickets is when your party is together in person:

    1) Launch the Disneyland app from your phones and show each person the barcode for their ticket.

    2) The rest of the group will:

              * Open the Disneyland mobile app
              * Tap the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner
              * Select “My Tickets & Passes”
              * Tap the “+” in the top right corner
              * Select “Link Tickets & Passes” — this will prompt them to scan a barcode

Before you can say “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo,” you’ll all be off on your Disneyland adventure! If your tickets include Lightning Lane access, it’s a great idea for everyone to link each other’s tickets — that way, anyone in the group can make Lightning Lane selections for everyone.

Thomas, I noticed that your trip coincides with Season of the Force (ending May 11)! Disneyland is currently celebrating Star Wars with special food, merchandise, and entertainment throughout the park. The Disney Parks Blog has released both a Season of the Force Guide and a Foodie Guide to make sure you don’t miss a thing. Hopefully, you’ll find the droids you’re looking for — I mean, the fun you’re looking for! I’ll be headed to the parks soon myself and can’t wait to ride Hyperspace Mountain — the Star Wars overlay is my favorite. Star Tours will also feature new scenes from Disney+ shows like Ahsoka, Andor, and The Mandalorian. I wonder if you’ll be recruiting us to the cause!

I hope this transmission helps, Thomas! If you have any other questions, need planning advice, or are looking for more hyperspace-worthy tips, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to help members of the Resistance.

May the Force be with you — always.
