i bought the socal 3 day pass but noticed it says we needed a government ID WITH an address to prove our residency. is it possible for us to just provide a valid id and then proof of residency ( like maybe utility bills, or anything with our address )

Hey, howdy, hey, Brigitte! Happy New Year, and welcome to planDisney. We're glad you stopped by!

I chatted with Cast Member Shelby Lynn today. She said, "A Government-issued photo I.D. (such as a driver's license or state I.D.) is required for admission. The use of personal mail such as bank statements, utility payment notices, student IDs, etc. will not be an acceptable substitution for proof of residency." I'm sorry if this is disappointing, Brigitte!

When you use the So Cal Resident Ticket at the Disneyland Resort theme parks, a Cast Member will verify that your address is within the qualifying Zip codes (between 90000 and 93599) for Southern California residents. Fortunately, there is still plenty of time to get an updated ID between now and when the tickets expire on May 15, 2025.

Brigitte, you might be able to change or upgrade your ticket to one that better suits your needs. You can do this on-site at the Disneyland Main Ticket Booth or by calling the Tickets phone line and speaking with a Cast Member.

I hope this information, helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
