Hello! I bought six tickets for Disneyland and I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade to park hopper tickets? Or do we need to pay for California Adventure Tickets as well?

    Hi Merita,

Your Disneyland Resort adventure is just a few short weeks away! Are you practically bursting with excitement and anticipation?!

I'm happy to let you know that yes, you'll be able to upgrade your theme park tickets to Park Hopper tickets once you arrive at The Happiest Place on Earth. Just stop by a ticket booth and a Cast Member will take care of that for you. You'll simply need to pay the difference between your current tickets and the Park Hopper ones. There's no need to buy a second ticket for the same day! With tickets and theme park reservations, you'll be able to enter Disneyland Park in the morning, then begin hopping between the two parks at 1:00 PM. Do keep in mind that you'll need to allow a few moments to go through security and ticketing each time you enter a new theme park, but you'll be able to experience the magic and fun of both parks, pending any capacity limitations.

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Merita, and please feel free to come see us again if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your visit. I hope you and all of your fellow Mouseketeers have a truly magical day together!
