    I bought the sip and savor of 2020. Can I get refunded for what I didn’t use. Since it close abruptly?

    A very warm welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing such a great question our way! 

    I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since the start of the 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! I was there on the very first day of the festival enjoying the food and beverages at the Festival Marketplace Kiosks! Like you, I was only able to use a few of the tabs on my Sip and Savor Pass. But, lucky for you, the Disneyland Resort is offering a refund on those unused tabs. You may request a refund via phone by calling (888) 231-7639 or online using the Help Center on the Disneyland Resort website. You’ll need to fill out a Service Request Form and mail it back to Disneyland Resort Ticket Fulfillment along with the unused entitlement tabs. Please note that tabs must be attached to be eligible for a refund. Upon verification, you’ll be issued a refund of $7 per tab in the form of a Disney Gift Card eGift sent to the email address provided on the form. Please be patient as your refund can take up to 30 days to process.
