We just bought Silver Annual Passes which has the parking included but do not have our physical passes in hand. Do I just show my confirmation at the Parking Gate or do I have to pay parking on our first visit?

Hi Richard! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First, a big congratulations for becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! You must be very excited to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth" more often now. Since you live so close to the magic, I don't blame you one bit ... in fact, I may even be a little jealous!

When I spoke with a Cast Member recently about parking before an Annual Pass is activated, I was informed that you will probably have to pay for parking initially, but if you visit Guest Relations in the theme park, you should be able to get reimbursed for the parking fee. I recommend having your confirmation handy when you arrive at the parking attendant booth and asking if it is sufficient to park for free. Maybe it will be enough and you won't have to go the reimbursement route! You also have the option of activating your Annual Pass at Guest Relations in Disney Springs since parking is free there. Then, you will just show your shiny new Annual Pass card when you enter the theme park parking area to receive complimentary parking.

I hope this helps, Richard! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
