    I bought a shirt as a gift while we were in WDW. It is too small and I would like to exchange it. Is it possible to exchange it? Who do I contact? Thank you!!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I just love shopping for Walt Disney World souvenirs. It’s so much fun to find that perfect shirt or pin or coffee mug that captures some of the magic and reminds me of “home” once I’m back in the real world.

    Allyson, I’m so sorry the shirt you purchased wasn’t quite a perfect fit. Nobody likes to feel like Cinderella’s stepsisters trying on that sparkly shoe, and I’ve definitely been there myself. I have good news: you have a few options for exchanging the shirt.

    The first option, if you have one nearby, is to contact your local Disney Store. They may have the shirt in stock or will be able to get in touch with the magical merchandise team to provide you with some next steps.

    Another option is to contact Walt Disney World’s Merchandise Guest Services team by calling (877) 560-6477 or emailing them at merchandise.guest.services@DisneyParks.com. The dedicated Cast Members there are experts in Walt Disney World merchandise and should be able to help you out.
