I bought a set of two tickets but only reserved a ticket for one of them and now when I try to make a reservation for my other ticket it says it’s not valid

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, JeAnne!

Welcome to planDisney! We are SO excited you stopped by, and we are honored to walk alongside you and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We KNOW you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

First of all, I am so sorry you are having issues making a Disneyland Theme Park Reservation with your purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member in Ticket Services. When you call, the Cast Member will be able to open up your Disneyland account, pinpoint the issue, and then resolve the problem very quickly!

As you know, guests have been waiting a long wait the past few months to speak to a Cast Member over the phone. Because of this, I would like to share my PRO-TIP with you...

My recommendation is to call and speak to a Cast Member in the evening. Based on my experience, I have found that calling at night greatly reduces your wait time. If you call in the morning or afternoon, be prepared to experience longer-than-normal wait times.

As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals have been working hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort. MAGICAL things are happening all of the time, so my recommendation would be to follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    See Ya Real Soon!
