Hello and welcome to planDisney, Joanne. I'm so glad you've stopped by
planDisney with your question.
I've been a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for years now, Joanne, and I absolutely love it. Welcome to the passholder family!
Have you used or "activated" your Walt Disney World Annual Pass yet, Joanne? If not, the expiration date that you are currently seeing is actually the timeframe of which you have to activate your pass. Once activated on your first use, you have an entire year to use your Walt Disney World Annual Pass to gain access to the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you haven't activated your passes yet, once you visit and use it to scan into the Walt Disney World Theme Parks for the first time, you'll see a new expiration date reflected in your
MyDisneyExperience account. This will be 365 days from the date of its first use.
If you've already used your Walt Disney World Annual Pass throughout this past year and your expiration date is reflected as June 11th, 2022, that would be the last day your passes are valid for. You can use them to enter the Walt Disney World Theme Parks on June 10th and 11th but not after. You would either have to renew your annual pass or purchase additional
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets for the rest of your vacation. You can renew your Walt Disney World Annual Pass 60 days prior to your expiration date or up to 30 days after.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion you might have had about your expiration date, Joanne. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
Jackie H.
