    Hi there, I bought my roommate a annual pass online for Christmas. What does he need to take to customer service to pick up his card?

    Hi Jason!

    Wow, what an awesome roommate you are! That's an amazing gift, that will provide him with a full year of fun at the Walt Disney World Resort. You win Roommate of the Year!

    If you purchased the pass with a credit card online, you'll need to be the one to pick up the pass. I spoke with a Cast Member today, and was told that only the guest with the credit card used to make the purchase and matching photo ID can pick up the tickets at Guest Relations. If a Disney gift card was used to make the purchase, he will not need to present a credit card or ID.

    You also have the option to call Walt Disney World Resort and have them mail you a hard copy of the Annual Pass. The number to call regarding existing tickets is (407) 939-7523.
