Hi Alexis, welcome to planDisney!
I’m sorry to hear that your previous vacation got cancelled. But, as Edna Mode says, “I never look back, darling. It distracts from the now.”
The amount paid for your unused, expired ticket
can be applied towards new tickets for your new vacation dates. However, you will be charged if there is a difference in price for the future date. You can change the dates on your tickets in your My Disney Experience account under “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” and selecting “Change Ticket.” I also suggest checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar prior to making your changes.
If you have any issues completing these changes, I recommend calling the number listed under “
Existing Tickets” for assistance from a Cast Member.
I hope you get the chance to visit soon, Alexis! There is so much happening at Walt Disney World Resort.
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is beginning on March 1, 2023, where you can see EPCOT blanketed in beautiful blooms while you eat around the World Showcase from the outdoor kitchens. Then in early April,
Happily Ever After returns to Magic Kingdom Park and
Tron Lightcycle / Run opens to guests!
It's never too early to start planning your next Walt Disney World vacation, Alexis! Please
visit me at planDisney again if you have any questions in the future!
