Hi Arlene.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear that you are unable to visit next month. I hope you are doing better and can reschedule your trip in the near future.
I have great news for you. While your tickets are nonrefundable, they will never lose the value that you paid for them. You can use the cost you spent on these tickets toward a future ticket purchase when the time comes. The easiest way to do so is by
calling the Existing Ticket line and speaking to a Cast Member for assistance. They can take care of everything over the phone and get you set up for your next stay. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for any additional cost of the new tickets you end up purchasing.
Although you may not be able to visit in the coming months, there is always something new and exciting to look forward to in the future. Currently, Disney Imagineers are working on a new attraction to debut in late 2024 at the Magic Kingdom.
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will open in Frontierland and feature one of our favorite Disney Princesses. I'm excited to see how it turns out and can't wait to ride it next year!
Arlene, we'll be wishing you a speedy recovery and can't wait until you are back at the Most Magical Place on Earth. When it comes time for your new trip,
stop back and see us again at planDisney. We'll be happy to help with any planning questions.
Greg
