I have bought and have reservations for a 2 Day Park Hopper visit in October. I will be buying an Magic Pass as well when it launches. Can I roll that reservation over and will the money I spent on my October visit go towards the Magic pass?

Hey there, Colleen. Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’ve stopped by with your question regarding Magic Key pass.

I’m so excited for you as you become a new Magic Key passholder. With a Magic Key pass, you’ll be able to take more trips and create new memories at the Happiest Place on Earth. Moreover, you’ll be entitled to discounts to select merchandise and dining locations! As a Magic Key passholder myself, I can’t wait to take spontaneous trips to the Happiest Place on Earth with my family and friends.

I’m happy to report that you’ll be able to apply your current 2 Day Park Hopper ticket towards a new Magic Key pass. You can upgrade on Disneyland.com or Disneyland mobile app by logging into your Disney account. Once your Magic Key pass purchase is processed, you’ll be able to make your park reservations for October; your current park reservations do not automatically rollover. Please be sure to check your Magic Key pass access calendar for any blockout dates.

I hope this information is helpful. As you continue to plan your upcoming visit, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    Wishing you a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
