Bought 1 reservation @ Savi’s for my 10 yr son to make a saber. It used to say “2 guests” allowed w/ ea builder. Now it says “1 guest.” I’m only adult so we can’t split up. Do they allow for 2 guests in this case?

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa!

Oh, my goodness, you and your Padawan are going to be amazed by the storytelling of the Gatherers at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at the Walt Disney World Resort!

My teen son built his own lightsaber there recently, and I was thrilled to be his Guest observer. You'll be happy to hear that you, too, will be able to accompany your son at this most unique experience. If you scroll down to "Important Details" on the Savi's Workshop page, you'll see the following: "The experience area is limited to the builder and one Guest—at least one person in the party must be age 14 or older. Guest of the builder may not build a lightsaber when accompanying the builder." You'll stand together as you are given some instructions near the entrance and, once inside, you won't be split up. You'll be asked to stand behind your builder, giving him space to create his very own lightsaber--and it is a fascinating experience at that!

Enjoy your visit to the out of this world Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, an All-New Land, Lisa! As you make more magical plans for your visit to Walt Disney World, be sure to send us more questions. We love to help!
